The new amenity center at Laterra Links in World Golf Village is ready with the new clubhouse, which has two buildings.
“Residents who choose to live at Laterra Links expect an active lifestyle with a variety of amenities to keep them entertained and physically active,” said Director of Sales Tracey Falby. “The new clubhouse will complement the existing spa, golf courses and other amenities that are readily available to residents who live within the community.”
Overlooking the swimming pool and hot tub, the clubhouse has feature two buildings linked by a veranda and surrounded by landscaping.
The 7,000-square-foot facility has a great room and full kitchen in each building. In addition to the entertaining areas, a game room, a fitness center and separate locker rooms are also available to residents.
Laterra Links’ coach homes range in size from 2,160 square feet to 2,783 square feet of air conditioned living space. The first floor unit – The Pinehurst – features 10-foot ceilings and the second floor unit – The Pebble Beach – has vaulted ceilings and skylights. The homes feature a private entrance, a two-car garage, separate living rooms and dens, master suites with bay windows and tile flooring in the foyer, hallway, kitchen, bathrooms and screened lanais.
