Tom Daddario has moved from Beazer Homes to become the sales manager at Standard Pacific Homes.
Daddario’s responsibilities will include strategic planning and assisting the marketing department, as well as implementing new policies, procedures and training for agents.
Other moves and new employees include:
• Mattamy Homes has appointed Tracy Miller vice president of sales and marketing in the Jacksonville region.
• Tiffany Chesson is a new agent at Oyster Bay Harbour.
• Don Raines has joined Prudential’s San Marco office and Tansy Moon is new at the Beaches office.
• Cora Johnston is now with McGarvey Residential as head of sales and marketing.
• Catherine Roberts is a new sales agent at Old San Jose on the River.
• Majorie Taylor has joined SeaGrove Town Center and Sea Colony in St. Augustine Beach as a sales agent.
• ERA Dan Jones & Associates recently welcomed Tammy Parrales and Luddyne Lewis to its real state sales team.
• Cammie Thomas is a new agent at Exit Realty First Coast Realty.
• Robin Roundtree is NEFBA’s new training director.
• Elke McMenemy is broker/owner and Sharon Stevens is her agent at St. Augustine Real Estate.
• Melonie Erickson has joined Prudential’s Beaches office.
• Mattamy Homes appoints Kristy Crowe new home Internet consultant in Jacksonville.
