How many years have your been a consistent top producer?
I became the top producer my second year and have remained there ever since. I was the first Centurion Producer for St. Augustine in a 10-year period. I have remained a Centurion Producer and was a Grand Centurion Producer in 2006, the very highest level. I am in the Centurion Honor Society level, which means I have achieved 10 years of Centurion level production. In 2006 I was No. 1 in Florida and 11th in the nation. Last year, I still achieved Centurion level even though the market dropped. In the third quarter, I became partner in the business. I have been No. 1 in Northeast Florida with Century 21 for the last seven years.
