How many years have you been a consistent top producer?
I was a top producer in Charlotte for 25 years selling custom/new homes with various builders. She has been with Davidson Realty for four and a half years.
What does it take to be a top producer?
Being a top producer comes easy as I am passionate about matching people with their dream homes. My construction knowledge and legal background was a great springboard for selling general real estate in St. Augustine. I have great management and staff support, which allows me time to network within the community, play golf and continually explore all of the fabulous communities in greater Jacksonville. Being an avid golfer, I have played all of the golf courses from Amelia Island to Daytona Beach, which helps me with customers seeking an active lifestyle.
What advice would you give your fellow Realtors who want to be a top producer?
For Realtors wanting to be a top producer, my best advice is spend lots of time driving through communities within a 25-mile radius of your office so that when you have a referral or new prospect, you will think of a house or community that will get them excited. For them to hire you as an expert, you must be an expert.
As soon you’re financially secure, invest in a full-time assistant to handle all of the administrative work and transactions, so that you have time to provide excellent customer care for all of your past and present customers. If you honor your customers with gifts and cards they will think of you when their friends need an expert.
How have you continued to maintain your status as a top producer?
Good people skills, a caring and positive attitude and a extensive community/inventory knowledge are the key components of my successful career.
