How many years have you been a consistent top producer?

I have been a top producer in Jacksonville since 1994 and I started my team in 1998.

What does it take to be a top producer?

I believe that great customer service is the key to being a top producer. Always treat people the same way you want to be treated. Be honest and above the board with everything always.

What advice would you give your fellow Realtors who are aspiring to be a top producer?

Following up with customers is critical to staying on top. So many agents get so busy that they go on to the next person and forget about the ones they were working with “last month.” I always stay in touch with my customers. They will know I am not going to forget them and when they need a Realtor I will be there for them.

I am very patient and I never let things get to me. You always have to stay calm even if you have people that are upset for some reason. I think I have more patience than anyone I have ever met. Life’s too short to let things get me upset.

Also remember the customer is always right. No matter what!

How have you continued to maintain your status as a top producer?

I love this business and I think people who know me know that. I have continued to work as hard as I can. There is nowhere I would rather be than at work. I am a little bit of a work-a-holic.
