• Oral arguments in the Jay Jabour vs. Bob Helms case will be heard in the First District Court of Appeal Feb. 20. Last fall, Circuit Court Judge Bernard Nachman ruled against Jabour. On Feb. 20, both sides will get 15 minutes to state their case. You can watch the proceedings online by logging onto the First DCA’s Web site, www.1dca.org. Jabour said he’s been told it takes about 60 days for the First DCA to make a ruling.
