Amelia Park Development has new cottage homesites in the neighborhood’s Coastal District.
The new sites will accommodate homes 1,300 square feet in size to more than 3,000 square feet. The cottages will have a similar look and feel to other home designs in the Coastal District, including porches, dormers and native landscaping. Second floor space is also available over the homes’ garages.
Pricing for these new designs starts in the low $400,000s.
