Davidson Realty named its 2007 sales leaders last month at a banquet at the Laterra Links clubhouse.
The winners:
• Lyn Sappington, Closing Agent of the Year with more than $12 million in closings. She was awarded a trip to Key West for her contributions. She also was Davidson’s 2006 sales agent of the year.
• Dottie Lay, Sales Agent of the Year with more than $11 million in total sales. She received a cruise to Belize and Costa Maya. She also was honored as the Davidson agent who “Most Exemplifies Our Core Values.”
• Pauline Cake, Listing Agent of the Year for the fourth straight year with more than $5 million in listings sold and more than $7 million in total sales. She was rewarded with a trip to Flagstaff, Ariz. for the Arizona Snowbowl, followed by a stopover in Tuscon.
• The President’s Award, presented by company President Sherry Davidson for outstanding performance and over-and-above service, went to Carol vonRabenstein, who was also recognized for more than $9 million in closings and more than $7 million in sales.
Others who were recognized for closings and sales were John Monaco, Laurette Martin, Pete Tinnesz, Ted Tyndall, Jock Ochiltree, Doug Duggan and Kathy Leonard.
Other agent awards went to Mirtha Barzaga, Values People First award; Laurette Martin, Above and Beyond award; Shirley Barber, Personal Assistant of the Year; and Derek Poineau, Rookie of the Year.
Also honored were the top company employees:
• Mattie Zebendon, Employee of the Year.
• Rick Pariani, Most Exemplifies our Core Values award.
• Natalie Mendez, Values People First award.
• Sharon King , Above and Beyond award.
