Mattamy hires Dennis Ginder

Jacksonville construction leader Dennis Ginder has been appointed president of Mattamy Homes’ corporate operations in Jacksonville. Ginder, a Jacksonville native, was most recently division president for Mercedes Homes.

“Mattamy Homes is experiencing an exciting period of growth and we are confident of Dennis’ ability to steer our success in a continued positive direction,” said Steve Parker, president of U.S. operations for Mattamy Homes. “Dennis is highly knowledgeable about the homebuilding industry and we are pleased to welcome him to Mattamy Homes.”

Ginder will oversee and manage all functions related to Mattamy Homes’ operations in Northeast Florida, which currently includes seven communities from St. Augustine to Yulee. He is a graduate of the University of North Florida with a bachelor’s degree in construction management and a minor in business.

Mattamy Homes is building in Bartram Springs, Oakbrook, Covenant Cove, Kensington, Worthington Park, Hickory Village and Sevilla.
