Brylen Homes President Bryan Lendry was named the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) 2007 Builder Member of the Year during a recent Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) installation and awards breakfast.
“Our focus has always been on creating cutting-edge homes and giving our clients the opportunity to live in a home that truly reflects their style and taste,” said Lendry. “Receiving this top industry award for the way we have built and conducted our business is tremendous, and it is a testament to the hard work and support from the incredible team of professionals who have made Brylen Homes what it is today.”
Lendry said his vision for Brylen is to provide innovative design and custom quality to all of his new homes across Northeast Florida. The company also does remodeling and home maintenance services, an area of building that continues to grow as clients look for ways to enhance or enlarge their homes.
The Builder of the Year award from NEFBA is awarded to a builder, developer or remodeler member who supports NEFBA through leadership, commitment and dedication. The award is given annually during the organization’s awards and installation event.
The firm offers homeowners a full range of services through its remodeling, home maintenance and custom home divisions, as well as its “Build on Your Site” program.
