Lydia Curt LLC recently announced that construction has begun on the new community of RiverOaks in Riverside/Avondale.
The 22-home community is located on Lydia Street within the Riverside/Avondale neighborhood. The town homes were designed by Jacksonville architectural firm of Cronk Dutch Partners and constructed by SRG Homes and Neighborhoods.
Floor plans are available in two-story town homes, single story flats and one-bedroom carriage homes.
