The Vintage Group proudly took home a Laurel Award for its Milano model in St. Johns Forest.
The Milano won in the category of Best Architectural Design/$500,000-$1 million and is part of the company’s Luxury Living Collection.

The Milano features a Country Manor elevation with a large front porch. Double eight-foot doors lead to an octagonal rotunda with a 12-foot ceiling and views of the interior.
In addition to formal living and dining rooms, the home has a gourmet kitchen with an oversize breakfast bar. A butler’s pantry overlooks the large gathering room and a breakfast nook.
From the gathering room, a bay window overlooks a covered lanai and pool area. There’s an outdoor kitchen with a fire pit.
The first floor has an owner’s suite with a window sitting area. There’s also a guest suite downstairs and a secondary bedroom.
The second floor has a large bonus room.
The Milano model is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and is one of six floor plans in the Luxury Living Collection at St. Johns Forest. The floor plans are priced from $407,900 and range from 2,612 to 3,189 square feet.
St. Johns Forest is off CR 210 about a half-mile west of I-95.
