Veteran homebuilder Donald S. Ware has returned to homebuilding with the launch of Monarch Homes.
Ware sold D.S. Ware Homes in 2002 to Ingle Homes and now has established the new company. Among his employees are veterans Chuck Hiers, Kenny Johns, and Karen Chappell.
The company also includes Monarch One Land Group, a division that specialized in land development.
Monarch is currently developing and building homes in Two Creeks, a planned community in Clay County of over 250 acres.
