With about two dozen people working on various projects and accounts at any given time the Creative Department represents about one-third of the Dalton Agency’s staff. The bottom floor of the three-level office is devoted to the creative types and it’s one of Jacksonville’s most personalized and eclectic workspaces. Each office and cubicle has its own unique flair and reflects the personality of who works there. One office is even the headquarters for a small air force of radio-controlled helicopters and flying insects.
“Our people spend a lot of time here. We want them to be comfortable and we encourage them to make their workspace their own,” said Vice President and Executive Creative Director Kevyn Faulkenberry. His office is a perfect example of the concept of “making it your own” complete with movie posters that change with the latest theatrical releases and an enviable action figure collection.
“I can easily keep up with my work schedule. It’s my entertainment schedule that’s tough,” he added.
