Mattamy Homes has started presales of 39 new single-family homes priced from the $140s at North Campus.
North Campus is located off of Dunn Avenue at North Campus Boulevard.
Dennis Ginder, president of Mattamy Homes in the Jacksonville region, said three and four bedroom homes at North Campus will range from 1,304 square feet of living space to 2,569 square feet.
Mattamy Homes began construction of the model home earlier this month.
