Mayor John Peyton issued 12 proclamations Tuesday and one was to Sam Schumann, who creates Jacksonville Jaguars rockers for charity. Schumann started creating the rockers for his grandchildren and last year got all of the Blue Angels to sign one. “I started it for my grandchildren but over the years it’s developed into a collection,” said Schumann. Peyton signed the wooden rocker for Schumann this year.
