• Standard Pacific Homes has opened its newest model in Eagle Landing. The 2,732-square-foot Fairway II bonus model offers four bedrooms and three baths on the ground floor with an upstairs bonus room that has a full bath and a walk-in closet. It’s priced from $379,900.
• Lennar has a program called Lennar Rewards and those who register at Lennar.com can immediately take advantage of special discounts and benefits from retailers and service providers. More than 30 merchants are currently participating in the program.
• Three North Florida builders are participating in The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village’s third annual Spring Art & Home Tour, scheduled for every weekend in April. Lockhart Builders, Cordele Builders and CornerStone Homes are joining developer Hillman Properties on the free home tour, which is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 1-5 p.m.
• Drees Homes has a move-in home of one of their newest designs, the Wynnbrook, in Waterbrook Falls in northeast Jacksonville. The Wynnbrook features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a formal dining room, a family room and a covered porch. Homes in the community start at $138,500.
• Visitors to models in model in Durbin Crossing through April 19 can register to win benefactor tickets to The Players Championship on May 4-11. The tickets offer exclusive VIP tent access and priority seating for the event. Visitors can sign up at each model that they tour. The drawing will be April 20. Realtors also have the opportunity to win TPC tickets when they visit the models with future homeowners.
• David Weekley Homes at St. Johns Forest recently completed a new showcase home that is ready for move-in. The Rothko is a one-story plan with 3,066 square feet designed with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a retreat space and a three-car tandem garage and is priced at $441,100.
• Lennar Homes has a new model in Chancellor’s Ridge called the Vilano. It has 2,361 square feet in a four bedroom, three-bath design with 10-foot ceilings. Chancellor’s Ridge is in Heritage Park, a private community close to St. Augustine.
