Carol Hill of Prudential Network Realty is the next president of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors.
She was elected earlier this month at the annual meeting at the Jacksonville Marriott.
She’s been very visible over her many years of service to NEFAR, but what made her decide to take the lead?
“As a Realtor member of NEFAR for many years, I believe all members have an obligation to be involved in and support their industry’s organization as it moves forward in the future,” she said Hill.
Other officers will be Dane Leslie of Watson Realty, president-elect; Stephanie White of Customized Agent of St. Augustine, treasurer; and Carol Zingone of Prudential, secretary.
The new directors are Sherry Davidson of Davidson Realty, Ben Parham of River Oak Realty, Hazel Tweedale of Prudential, Kathy Tinney of Century 21 Discover, Selby Kaiser of the Legends of Real Estate and Eileen McVeigh of Re/Max Coastal.
The new MLS directors are Gene Jones of ERA Dan Jones and Assaociates, Billie Motz of Watson Realty, Dee Bumbarger of Buck and Buck Realty and Carol McCrary of Vanguard Realty.
Hill has been with Prudential for 20 years and is the senior vice president of Real Estate Operations. Before Prudential, she worked with a Coldwell Banker company in Northern Virginia for five years.
Hill and her husband of 27 years, Steve, live in Fleming Island.
