• Veterans Memorial Arena ranked 10th worldwide in its size category, according to Venues Today magazine. The July report ranked international arenas based on concert and event grosses from Oct. 16, 2009, to May 15. The arena hosted 11 shows with more than 73,000 people attending and grossed more than $3.6 million in ticket sales.
