Lennar Homes is celebrating a phenomenal year, from expanding into several new communities throughout Northeast Florida to standing out at the recent Laurel Awards with nine awards, including the Grand Laurel.
“Our success this year has surpassed our goals and expectations,” said Barbara Moore, the division president. “But we couldn’t do it without the support of the real estate industry. We are so thankful for the relationships that we have built with area Realtors. They are the life-blood of our industry and are the reason why our local market continues to thrive.”
In addition to the prestigious Grand Laurel Award at the Laurel Awards, Lennar Homes received eight additional awards: Dick Baker Memorial Award, Barbara Moore; Sales Manager of the Year, Mike Carlo; Marketing Director of the Year, Walter Hawkins; Best Ad Campaign; Site Agent of the Year, Teresa Santos; and awards for three models.
“It is an honor to receive such high recognition from the Northeast Florida Builder’s Association and our peers,” said Moore. “This recognition reinforces the commitment our entire team makes to building beautiful energy-efficient new homes, well appointed with luxurious features included while providing exceptional customer service to our buyers.”
Lennar has earned a reputation for its “Logic of Lennar” program, designed to offer our buyers the most desired design studio features and upgrades at no additional costs.
“We’ve made it that simple,” said Moore. “Our standard features are other builder’s options. Typical add-ons, such as 18-inch tile flooring, plush carpeting, covered lanais, comprehensive steel appliance packages, luxury baths and detailed cabinetry are already included in a Lennar home.”
Moore added, “Our New Home Consultants as well as our field and office teams are the face of our business. Because of their hard work and dedication to the homebuilding industry, we are able to help families find a beautiful home that is within their budget.”
Lennar Homes continues to expand its locations in Northeast Florida. Most recently, the builder opened a new model in Two Creeks in Clay County. Additionally, Lennar recently announced expansion into single-family communities Abigail Estates in Mandarin, Whitfield at Oakleaf Plantation, Silver Creek in Lake Asbury/Green Cove Springs, Heritage Landing at World Golf Village in St. Augustine and new townhomes at Hillcrest in Arlington. Lennar will also be opening a new model and Welcome Home Center in Eagle Landing at OakLeaf Plantation.
