White leads a class discussion

LMH Realty, LLC has formed a leasing division specializing in the leasing and property management of single family homes in the greater Jacksonville area. Valerie Shaw, a seasoned real estate professional and leasing expert, has been hired to oversee the new division.

According to LMH Realty President Linda Hutchins, the new division will help homebuilders and renovators lease properties they cannot sell. Leasing to a qualified tenant will provide the cash flow necessary for them to wait out the downturn.

“Our focus is on the single family situation only,” said Hutchins. “We can help find quality homes in desirable neighborhoods for those families unable to purchase today due to a variety of reasons, including the effects of a former short sale on their credit.”

The one-story Winfrey home at RiverTown has approximately 2,285 square feet with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and a three-car garage.

The Flagship has approximately 2,435 square feet of living space including three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage with the option to add an additional bedroom and bathroom.

The Hannagan is the company’s largest design at RiverTown and its only two-story home. With approximately 2,734 square feet of living space, the Hannagan has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and a three-car garage.
