Charles Weisz is greeted by Immigration Services Officers Anthony Koziol and Kristine Null after he was sworn in as a U.S. citizen at the Bryan Simpson U.S. Courthouse Thursday. Senior U.S. District Court Judge Harvey Schlesinger presided over the ceremony. Weisz immigrated to the U.S. from Hungary in 1957 and achieved his goal of citizenship Thursday. “I’ve been here so long, you think you are an American, so I’ve been putting this off and putting this off,” said Weisz. “But you’re not an American until you take the oath.
