Jacksonville Jaguars training camp begins today, yet when the players hit the practice fields adjacent to the newly minted EverBank Field, they should see a few new signs out of the huddle. The team and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida officially announced Thursday that the health care provider has secured the naming rights of the practice facilities, now called the Florida Blue Health & Wellness Practice Fields. As part of the deal, players will wears BCBSF patches on their practice uniforms and the company will receive signage and promotional opportunities. The company is also the official health care provider of the team. “It’s a great opportunity for us to reach the Jacksonville community, as we continue to promote health and wellness to all Floridians,” said Mark Lee, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida vice president of brand development and marketing communications, in a statement.
