Wayne Altman of Century 21 Lighthouse Realty was the man of the hour at the Century 21 Northeast Florida Broker Council’s annual awards event last month at the Jacksonville Marriott.
He was recognized as the top agent in gross closed commissions, closed units, second in the North Central Region is closed units and as a Double Centurion Producer.
Over 70 Century 21 Realtors came out to have some fun and celebrate their past year’s success. The event’s theme, Mardi Gras, was displayed with colorful beads and creative masks. The council held a “Most Creative” mask contest and Gary Wade of Century 21 Harris Realty won.
Other awards:
• Anne Barbanel of Century 21 John T. Ferreira & Son was recognized as the Quality Service Pinnacle Producer.
• Century 21 John T. Ferreira & Son won the award for top office in commissions, Gold Medallion Office and the Quality Service Office.
• Century 21 Lighthouse Realty won the award for top office in units.
• Century 21 Atkins Realty won the Gold Medallion Office award and the Per Person Productivity award.
