• Early voting in Duval County for the Nov. 2 election starts today. Registered voters can cast votes Monday-Sunday through Oct. 31. • Jacksonville-based Fidelity National Financial Inc. Chair Bill Foley and his wife sold their almost eight-acre oceanfront estate in Santa Barbara, Calif., for $18.44 million, the biggest sale in Santa Barbara this year, reports The Wall Street Journal. The Journal said Foley plans to spend time in Northern California, where he owns some wineries, in addition to his homes in Montana and Florida. The Foleys were asking $28.5 million in February.
