• The four winners of the 2010 Women in Business awards will present their secrets for success at the Women Business Owners of North Florida dinner meeting Jan. 24 at River City Brewing Co.

• Col. Bob Branyon will pass command of the 125th Fighter Wing at Jacksonville International Airport Sunday to Col. James Eifert, who has been serving as vice commander of the 125th. Branyon will become chief of staff for the Florida Air National Guard. Eifert is an Air Force Academy graduate and fighter pilot.

• The Jacksonville Symphony Guild’s 2011 Designer Showhouse is the Coxwell Estate, a 17-acre property at 9433 Coxwell Lane in Jacksonville. The theme is “Southern Grandeur.” The showhouse opens to the public April 2 and runs through April 24. Advance ticket prices are $15. Groups of 10 or more are $12 per person. Tickets will be available at the showhouse for $20. Contact the guild office at 358-1479 for tickets and general information.
