The Century 21 Northeast Florida Broker Council held its annual awards last month at the Jacksonville Marriot.
They decided to go with the Mardi Gras theme again this year complete with Mardi Gras beads and a mask contest at the end of the event.
Susan Malota, Century 21 event coordinator, said everyone enjoyed the event so much last year, they decided to go with it again.
A big winner during the event was Wayne Altman of Century 21 Lighthouse Realty who was recognized again this year as the top agent in closed units, second in the North Central Region in closed units and as a Centurion Producer.
Anne Barbanel of Century 21 John T. Ferreira & Son Inc. was recognized as top agent in gross closed commissions, Quality Service Producer and as a Centurion Producer.
John Stillwell of Century 21 John T. Ferreira & Son won the Quality Service Pinnacle Producer award.
About 70 Century 21 Realtors came out to have some fun and celebrate their past year’s success. The council held a “Most Creative” mask contest, with Mary Baker of Century 21 Harris Real Estate taking home this year’s prize.
Other awards:
• Century 21 John T. Ferreira & Son won the award for top office in gross closed commissions and the Quality Service Pinnacle award.
• Century 21 Lighthouse Realty won the award for top office in units, Centurion Office and Per Person Productivity award.
• Century 21 Atkins Realty won the Gold Medallion Office award and the Per Person Productivity award.
