This year’s first SAM Tram took Realtors on a tour of new homes located on the Intracoastal and the Beaches areas.
The tour started over the Intracoastal and the first stop was a Providence Homes model in Fort Caroline Harbor. The home toured was priced at $234,900 and all proceeds from its sale go to Hope International. Bill Cellar, owner of Providence Homes showed a presentation in the model demonstrating his support and involvement in Homes for Hope.
Next, the tour stopped at a KB Homes site in the Waterleaf community. Homes in that community are priced under $200,000 with high availability.
The third stop was to a Lennar Homes model in Wynfield Lakes priced at $317,000.
The bus then led the tour to the Beaches area and stopped at the Paradise Key community, with home prices ranging from $579,000 to $825,000.
Next, the tour stopped at Ocean’s Edge Condominiums where everyone toured two different models and enjoyed lunch at the clubhouse/sales center.
Condominium homes in this community range from $165,000 to $261,000.
Water’s Edge Condominiums was the next stop. This community has 17 units left with prices ranging from $400,000 to over $1 million.
It was then back over the Intracoastal to visit a Mattamy Homes model in Covenant Cove. Homes in that community range from the low- to mid-$200,000s.
Next, the tour visited an ICI Homes model in the Palermo community. Homes in that community start in the low $300,000s.
The tour’s final stop was back at the beach at Valencia Condominiums, where prices start at $189,900.
