The Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association and the Hispanic Bar Association of Northeast Florida joined the spirit of the political season Wednesday.

Two days after early voting began for the spring elections, the organizations held a joint meeting to host a mayoral forum featuring candidates Alvin Brown, Warren Lee, Audrey Moran and Rick Mullaney, who are on the ballot, and write-in candidate David Crosby.

The forum, moderated by Daily Record Publisher Jim Bailey, featured questions ranging from the importance of Downtown and the Jaguars to opinions about the interlocal agreement between the City and Beaches communities and each other.

The event attracted close to 80 members of the organizations.
