• Gov. Rick Scott appointed two area men to the Commission on Jobs for Floridians with Disabilities. Florida State College at Jacksonville President Steve Wallace and Jack Felts, of St. Johns, a district manager for Publix Supermarkets Inc., were appointed for terms that began Monday. They serve at the pleasure of the governor, so no term end was specified.
