• Jet’s Pizza is expanding into Jacksonville. It will open in Harbour Village, along Atlantic Boulevard. The Sterling Heights, Mich.-based chain has more than 200 locations in 13 states.
• In food news, the City issued a permit for Two Doors Down to add space at 436 Park St. Kendale Design/Build General Contractors is handling the $52,600 project, described as a catering kitchen addition.
• The City also issued a permit for Brumos Porsche renovations of the showroom and service office. Elkins Constructors Inc. is the contractor for the $626,611 project at 10100 Atlantic Blvd.
