Homes by Deltona has opened a sales office at Isles of the World, a gated, townhome community in the World Golf Village. The site agent is Tom Koulermous.
After buying most of the community from the former developer earlier this year, Homes By Deltona has been refining and finalizing the 52 units in Phase 1. Originally introduced in 2004, the community was put on hold three years later when the developer was forced to stop construction.
