SEDA New Homes has unveiled its newest townhome building in Georgetown at the St. Johns Town Center.
The units have 2,133 square feet and priced from $210,000, and homebuyers can choose either a three-bedroom plan with two master suites on the upper level, or a four-bedroom plan with a master suite on the upper level.
Both plans have 3 1/2 baths and a first-floor retreat.
