Seven photographs that have been added to the City’s “Art in Public Places” collection will debut during First Wednesday Art Walk as part of an updated presentation in the Conference Center at the Main Library.

The new works were selected by a committee of local artists, art professionals and members of the Art in Public Places committee of the Cultural Council of Greater Jacksonville.

The redesigned exhibition is focused on public education, including biographies, artist statements and information about the photographic processes represented in the collection.

In partnership with the Jacksonville Public Library, an interactive kiosk will be installed along with the exhibit as a resource on the Art in Public Places program.
