The Supreme Court of Florida released recent scores and statistics from the Florida Bar exam.
Stetson University School of Law passed the most students and St. Thomas University College of Law had the highest passage rate.
Stetson led the way with 50 students passing the exam, followed by Jacksonville-based Florida Coastal School of Law with 45 and the University of Miami School of Law with 32.
Judged by the passing rate, St. Thomas came out on top with a 91 percent success rate, 31 of 34, followed by Stetson at 88 percent, 50 of 57, and Florida International University College of Law with 86 percent, 30 of 35.
Of 1,603 applicants, the court approved 689 candidates for admission to The Florida Bar on April 23.
The Florida Board of Bar Examiners developed the statistical information. Results apply to the General Bar Examination administered Feb. 28-29 in Tampa. The information applies only to applicants sitting for both Parts A and B of the examination at the time.
