• Artist Jim Smith, a senior art teacher at The Bolles School, will unveil a sculpture Sunday made from the last remaining piece of the former Hendricks Avenue Baptist Church, marking the fourth anniversary of the fire that destroyed the original sanctuary. The 2 p.m. event is open to the public at the reconstructed church at 4001 Hendricks Ave. Smith created a water-themed piece using the former primary beam.

Inc. will make tenant improvements for Rack’em Up Billiards II at 4268 Oldfield Crossing, No. 205, at a project cost of $20,000; and Interior Buildouts Inc. will build out tenant space for Fresh Nails LLC at 13245 Atlantic Blvd., No. 10, at a cost of $20,000.
