As a way to welcome people who work at the new Duval County Courthouse to their new part of the neighborhood, Chamblin’s Uptown Café along Laura Street near Monroe Street is making a special offer.

From 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, anyone coming to the café and presenting a valid courthouse identification badge will be offered a free medium-size cup of the café’s Green Mountain coffee.

Chamblin’s also will be open 8 a.m.-9 p.m. Wednesday for Art Walk.

“It’s also Independence Day, so we invite everyone to come out for Art Walk. Come see us at the bookstore and café on your way to watch the fireworks at the Landing,” said Jennifer O’Donnell, store manager.
