Gary Trafford of Gary’s Bonsai is a regular vendor at the Landing’s farmers and arts market. The once-a-week event moved into the building for the first time last year when the weather turned cold. Trafford said Friday the warmer weather might be a cue for vendors to move back outside and set up their wares along Independent Drive. Trafford said being indoors means shoppers take longer to look at his orchids and plants, but he might set up outside this week. “As long as it’s not windy,” he said.
