How did you get involved?
I participated in this program when I attended Fletcher High School and have continued to help coach ever since.

How can someone else get involved?
You can contact Florida Law Related Education Association (www.flrea.org) as they are always looking for volunteers to help teams and judge competitions. You can also contact one of the local high schools to see if they would be interested in forming a mock trial team.

What have you learned/achieved through the experience?
The value of giving back to the community. This program had a tremendous impact on my life and is the reason I decided to go to law school. So it is very rewarding to be able to give back and teach high school students about the practice of law.

What was the last book you read or are reading?
I just finished “Barracuda Beach” by Lauren Noel Chase and am currently reading “What To Expect When You’re Expecting” by Heidi Murkoff.
