Generation Homes has expanded its presence in the new home market in St. Augustine Beach, including the communities of SeaGrove, Sea Colony and Anastasia Dunes.
The company has two homes currently under construction at SeaGrove. The Simmons is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom home featuring 2,205-square feet of living space and is priced at $327,900. The Marshall will have four-bedrooms and three-bathrooms with 2,067-square-feet of living space and is $323,900.
