The 220 Riverside project will have a Nov. 13 groundbreaking ceremony that will signal construction for the mixed-use facility that will bring residential and retail to the Brooklyn area on the outskirts of Downtown.
The project will include a seven-story, 294-unit rental housing development, with spaces ranging from 615 square feet to 1,200 square feet.
As reported in the Daily Record, the project also will include donated land for the City’s urban park development along Riverside Avenue and Forest Street. The 15,000 square feet of retail space for the project will face the park.
Jacksonville-based Hallmark Partners has joined Bristol Development Group for the project.
The company also announced that MAA, a multifamily residential sector company, has joined the development team.
Final construction plans are under way and construction will begin after the groundbreaking.
