Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s TaxSlayer.com car was speeding along Bay Street early Monday morning, but the police weren’t on the scene to ticket the driver. Instead, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office closed the road from Liberty Street to around the Maxwell House plant for a filming of the car speeding along Bay Street. The footage will be used as part of Wednesday’s TaxSlayer.com Gator Bowl game between the Nebraska Cornhuskers and Georgia Bulldogs. Kickoff is at noon.
