Dock Street Communities has a new program for sales at the Cascades, the “active adult” community in the World Golf Village.
Called the Dock Street 62 + Dream Home Program, it’s open to anyone 62 or older and offers buyers the opportunity to purchase a home with no mortgage payments for a down payment of 30 to 50 percent.
