Pablo Creek Reserve is on target to surpass 2012 sales in the first six months of 2013, with several builders selling spec homes before they are completed.
The Intracoastal West community is on track to sell 24 home sites in the first half of this year, beating its 2012 total sales of 17 home sites. The 400-acre community has 270 home sites, with 52 remaining as of last month. Builders first broke ground in 2005.
Buyers in Pablo Creek Reserve can choose from architectural styles such as European Old World, Georgian, Farmhome, Craftsman and Coastal Colonial. Prices begin around $800,000 for a cottage-style home, approximately 3,000 to 5,000 square feet. Estate-style homes start at over $1 million, and average 4,000 square feet.
