Developers and representatives of Atlantic Beach Country Club presented their plans for development, sales and membership to the NEFAR Ponte Vedra Council at its monthly breakfast.

Atlantic Beach Partners, LLC (ABP), is developing a newly designed 18-hole, 6,815-yard championship golf course by Erik Larsen, a 12,000-square-foot clubhouse, seven Har-Tru tennis courts, a junior Olympic-size swimming pool with children’s water features and 178 single-family home sites. Each home site has views of the golf course or lakes.

ABP is led by Jacksonville-based development pros Rick and Susie Wood of Wood Development. Other members of the partnership are Gary and Leed Silverfield of the Silverfield Group, and William R. “Billy” Howell of the W. R. Howell Co.

Combined, the ABP team has developed more than 15,000 home sites during the past 30 years.

Gary Silverfield presented the development plans for Atlantic Beach Country Club and Melissa Bryan, membership director for ABCC, shared details on their current membership drive campaign.

Lee Elmore, site agent with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, presented on behalf of the real estate sales team for the new project.

The residential community, golf course and clubhouse are under construction and are due to open late this year.
