Paul McCartney will make a stop June 22 in Jacksonville — his only show in Florida — as part of his worldwide “Out There” tour that began last year. City, SMG and AEG Live officials made the announcement Wednesday at Veterans Memorial Arena, which featured a British theme with Michael Kenny, (left) SMG food and beverage director, and Alex Alston, SMG sales and marketing director, dressing for the part. It will be McCartney’s first full-length performance in Jacksonville, after he played a four-song set at Super Bowl XXXIX in 2005. He also was in Jacksonville in 1964 as part of the only show The Beatles played in Florida. Tickets will be on sale at 10 a.m. April 25 and range from $30 to $250.
