David Weekley team members collected more than 60 frozen turkeys and $7,040 for Farm Share in Northeast Florida. Farm Share uses inmate labor and volunteers to re-sort and package surplus food and distribute it to individuals, soup kitchens, homeless shelters, churches and other organizations feeding the hungry in Florida. For every home sold in December, the company will donate $500 in the homeowner’s name to their choice of Daniel House, Wounded Warriors Project or the Jacksonville Humane Society.

Watson Realty Corp. has purchased a site for a new office in Nocatee, while Re/Max Unlimited is completing its new office there, with a planned opening of early 2015.
Nocatee was the third best-selling master-planned community in the nation in 2013, according to real estate advisory firm RCLCO.
Watson’s Nocatee office will provide real estate sales, leasing, property management, mortgage and title services. Plans include the construction of a 6,000-square-foot building.
It will be the company’s 20th office in the Jacksonville area and its 44th office overall. The project’s anticipated completion date is November.
Construction is underway for Re/Max Unlimited’s 1,200-square-foot office, located at the Town Center across from Publix.
