Field of practice: Corporate and business transactions, estate and succession planning, probate and guardianship. I help people selling, buying or expanding a business, and I help them transition the ownership and control of that business to the next generation in tax-advantaged ways. On the estate planning side, there have been major changes to the tax code over the last couple of years. As a result, most people can profit from a review of their estate plan.

Community involvement: Elder at St. Johns Presbyterian Church; administrative committee member at Korean Presbyterian Church of Jacksonville; volunteer for JCCI and Christian Legal Society; and is a pro bono attorney for Jacksonville Area Legal Aid.
