Langham is a commercial real estate attorney and shareholder at Smith Hulsey & Busey. Been practicing law for 22 years. Served on the CREW Jacksonville board for several years. Previously served on the boards of Fleet Landing and Building Owners and Managers Association Jacksonville. Founded in 2010, its main focus is to ensure availability of fair and equal housing for all and to educate consumers on homeownership. It is tied to the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, which was started in 1947 by African-American real estate professionals. Hall is the broker/owner of Powerhouse Realty Inc., which she started in 2011. Has been a licensed agent since 2002. Was also president of JAREB in 2012. Jacksonville Women's Council of Realtors

Network of successful Realtors empowering women to exercise their potential as entrepreneurs and industry leaders. Contrary to its name, you do not need to be a woman to become a member. Howell is a Realtor with Watson Realty. Began selling real estate in 2007 after retiring from a 30-year career in residential real estate lending and banking. Joined WCR in 2008. Has served in leadership roles at NEFAR, Florida Realtors and Women's Council of Realtors at both the local and state level. • Increase Realtor membership by 10 percent, raise visibility and participation in the community

Mike Dolan,

Educates and lends legislative representation to mortgage professionals; keeps mortgage bankers informed on current issues, industry changes and promotes the practice of the highest ethical standards. Dolan, who takes office in June, is the marketing representative for Mason Title. Before that, he was area manager for First American Home Warrant Corp. for nearly three years. "NEFAR, Women's Council of Realtors and the Mortgage Banker Association of Jacksonville have been excellent organizations to help my career flourish in greater Jacksonville." • Elevate memberships

Dolan does not take office until June so he has not chosen his new board yet. The MBA of Jacksonville follows a different calendar than most organizations, and starts in June of each year. Randy Galloway is the current president of the organization.

Serves the area's commercial real estate market and fulfills three important roles: Provides legislative voice, continuing education, and networking and business opportunities to the industry. Duggan is a land use attorney at Rogers Towers where he helps property owners achieve development goals and protect property rights. Chair of the firm's Governmental and Regulatory Department. Volunteers with several professional, civic and service organizations in Northeast Florida. • Work with the City of Jacksonville on local regulatory reform that streamlines development permitting and facilitates infill redevelopment

Linda McMorrow,
The Legends of Real Estate

Trade association of licensed Realtors and affiliated members in Duval, Clay, Putnam and Baker counties. Provides training, education programs and oversees the Multiple Listing Service in those counties. McMorrow and her twin sister, Selby Kaiser, own The Legends of Real Estate. She has been a Realtor in Jacksonville since 1982 and was a broker in Virginia before that. She and Kaiser opened The Legends in 2006 and now have more than 40 agents. They have joint ventures at offices in St. Augustine and Jacksonville Beach. Encourage members to:

Birchall is a broker/associate with St. Augustine Realty. He has been licensed since 1997 and specializes in sales in Downtown St. Augustine and Anastasia Island. Is past president of the St. Augustine/St. Johns County Multiple Listing Service. • Create better communication between board of directors and members

NEFBA council for builders, remodelers and other companies that have an interest in the construction industry in St. Johns County. Petitions local government and provides networking opportunities to members. Lazar has been executive director of the St. Johns Housing Partnership Inc. since 1998. Longtime advocate for affordable housing. The partnership operates a home repair program, owns a 60-unit apartment, manages single-family rental properties and provides foreclosure prevention counseling. • Expand membership by promoting networking through monthly meetings with builders and associates
