Age: 40
Family: Lovely wife, CeCe, son Carter (10), and daughters Reese (8) and Audrey (6)
Pets: A yellow lab rescue dog named Maddie. With the craziness of three young kids, I held out dogless as long as possible until I was tricked into adopting Maddie. One weekend my wife told me we were dog sitting somebody's yellow lab. At the end of the alleged "dog sitting" weekend, I was informed by my children that Maddie was "available."

Admitted to the Bar: 2001 (The Georgia Bar) and 2002 (The Florida Bar)
Employed by: Gunster law firm
Field of practice: Commercial real estate law (aka dirt law)
Professional organizations: The Florida Bar, The Georgia Bar, Urban Land Institute (ULI) and The Jacksonville Bar Association
Community involvement: Through ULI, I have recently become a mentor to a law student at Florida Coastal School of Law. I am also active in various Downtown Jacksonville initiatives sponsored by Gunster, like the Downtown Perspectives series and One Spark.
How did you become involved?
I have worked on several commercial real estate projects in the Downtown Jacksonville area in recent years. When Gunster made it a point to get involved with Downtown revitalization early last year it was something I had a great deal of interest in.
What was the last book you read or are reading?
I recently read "The Great Gatsby." (Catching up on some high school reading I may have missed.)
